Mexico Through Your Senses
Australia’s first Mexican multi-sensory dining experience, combining large-scale audiovisual projections and curated cuisine.
Director & Creative Producer: Mariana Calzada conceived the experience, led creative direction, visual storytelling, spatial design, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Audiovisual Projection Mapping — Immersive Installation
Seven projectors synchronized via timecode in a master–slave system, mapped with edge alignment to form a continuous spatial canvas. Visuals were rhythm-driven and performed through live-operated playback, allowing animated imagery to travel fluidly between projections in direct response to the music.

• 20 suspended large-format screens surrounding the space, creating a 360° hanging visual environment
• 3 elevated platforms for live performers or musicians
• 2 floor LED screens adding depth and dynamic visuals beneath the audience or performers
• 1 central mirror-floor platform reflecting the visuals and light for a multidimensional effect
